She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in facial anatomy, injection technique and laser physics, and she performs every treatment personally. No delegates, no rotating injectors, no surprises.

No. Elena’s technique favors the smallest effective dose placed precisely where movement should soften, not stop. The goal is expression preserved and lines softened — friends notice you look rested, not treated.
Neurotoxin generally lasts three to four months; dermal fillers six to eighteen months depending on product and area. Skin treatments like HydraFacial are maintained monthly. We’ll give you an honest timeline at your assessment.
Most injectable and facial treatments allow you to return to your day immediately. Laser resurfacing and microneedling may involve a day or two of mild redness. We schedule with your calendar in mind and brief you fully beforehand.
Always. First visits are intentionally conservative — we’d rather add at a follow-up than overcorrect on day one. Trust is built gradually, and so are the best results.
